All you have to do is sign up on facebook with a domain name similar to your blog.Add alot of people on facebook. As much as you can including your friends, family, and anyone from other countries as well.
After you are done adding 3000-5000 people. Open google and type Convert my Facebook profile to my page. Then Go for all the steps as required by facebook. By this method you will get a fully established facebook page.
There you go!! your page will be setup.Upload your cover photo sane as your header on blog. Upload good profile picture. setup your bio. Go to your page and choose people to like your page which will be your friends in your id.
They will automatically like your page.In this way you will get page likes. After this you can add more and more people by repeating the same procedure mentioned above. You can also change tour page name. Thats it!!!
